HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE JW MARRIOTT SAN ANTONIO HILL COUNTRY RESORT AND SPA?
Taxi services, Uber and Lyft are available to and from the airport for around $25 each way. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Charter services are also available through Elegant Limousine and Charter.
WHEN WILL THE REGISTRATION DESK BE OPEN?
The Synergy Registration Desk is staffed from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. The Desk will be closed during Monday’s Opening Session.
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
BEAUTIFUL! San Antonio typically has high temperatures of 82°F for late September with lows in the upper 50’s. Conference rooms at any hotel are usually very cool, so we recommend bringing layers. Our special evening events will be held outside as well, so layers may be needed. To check the weather while you’re packing, visit your favorite weather website or app and enter ZIP code 78261.
CAN I MEET ONE-ON-ONE WITH SOMEONE FROM WENNSOFT?
Yes, we’d love to meet with you! During Synergy, any WennSoft team member is available for a 1:1 meeting. We’ll be sending out an email in August to let you know how to book a time slot. During the conference, 1:1 meetings can be scheduled at the Registration Desk.
WILL I BE FED?
Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided in between sessions on Monday and Tuesday. Food will also be provided at both of the evening events on Monday and Tuesday.
